Marx Media ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. Marx Media is a managed offshore staffing company based in Pampanga, Philippines.
We collect information you give us directly: (a) when you apply for a role through our Careers form — your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the position you are applying for, your CV/resume link, your voice introduction link, and how you heard about us; (b) when you book or attend a discovery call — your name, business details, and contact information; (c) when you email us at operations@marxmedia.net.
We use your information to review and process job applications, to communicate with you about roles or services, to deliver and manage our staffing services, and to improve our business. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We use trusted third-party tools to run our business, including Google (Google Sheets and Google Drive for storing applications), Make.com (to process Careers form submissions), Calendly (to schedule calls), and our website host. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
We keep candidate information for up to 12 months so we can consider you for current and future roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client and business records are kept as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. To make a request, email operations@marxmedia.net and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
We handle personal data in line with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We also respect the privacy expectations of clients and applicants in the other countries we work with.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
