Discovery
We get on a call. You tell us the role, your business, your market, and what good looks like. We tell you what is realistic. If there is a fit, you get a written proposal within 24 hours.
DAYS 3-7
Sourcing and Screening
We build your candidate profile and go to market. Every applicant runs through five screening stages before you see them. You get the top 2 to 3, with our notes and scores.
DAYS 8-11
Your Interviews
You interview the shortlist and pick your hire. We handle scheduling, prep, and follow-up. If none of them are right, we go back to market at no extra cost.
DAYS 12-14
Onboarding and Go-Live
We handle documentation, tool access, and process alignment. Your agent starts on your schedule. From day one, we manage attendance, performance, and any issues.

HOW WE SCREEN
Five Stages Before You See Anyone
Most providers read a CV and run one Zoom call. We do not. Every candidate clears all five of these before they reach your shortlist.
Application and Role Fit
We screen every application against the role brief. Qualifications, relevant experience, and whether what they have actually done matches what you need. Most candidates do not get past this.
English and Communication
We listen to voice recordings from every remaining candidate. We are checking clarity, tone, and whether they can hold a conversation with an Australian or New Zealand customer without friction. This is where most offshore placements fail. We catch it here.
Portfolio and Evidence
For any role where the work is visible, we review real output. Not claims on a CV. Actual work they have produced.
Marx Media Interview
A live conversation with us. We are looking at attitude, reliability, situational judgement, and whether they will still be here in twelve months. We have placed enough people to know the signals.
Live Task
They do the actual job before they get it. A real scenario from the role, timed and scored. If the role is customer service, they handle a live call scenario. If it is admin, they do the admin. We do not place anyone on a CV and a good conversation.
Then You Interview the Top 2 to 3
We do not send you a longlist to work through. You get the two or three who cleared everything, with our scoring and notes. You interview them and you choose. The decision is always yours.
