We build your candidate profile and go to market immediately. Every applicant goes through resume screening, English communication assessment, a skills test, and a Marx Media interview. You only see the top 2-3 candidates.
Your Interview and Decision
You interview the shortlisted candidates and choose your hire. We coordinate scheduling, prep, and follow-up. Most clients confirm a placement within 5-7 business days of the discovery call.
Onboarding and Go-Live
We handle onboarding documentation, tool setup, and process alignment. Your agent starts on your schedule. From day one, Marx Media manages attendance, performance reporting, and any issues.
