Before building Marx Media, Tyrone worked as a freelancer supporting businesses remotely. Through years of working closely with clients, he repeatedly heard the same frustrations: unreliable freelancers, inconsistent attendance, poor communication, and staffing providers that disappeared after placement.
Seeing the gap between affordable talent and dependable talent, he set out to build a better solution.
Starting from the ground up as a one-person operation, Tyrone developed a managed staffing model focused on recruitment, accountability, performance, and long-term support. What began as a solo venture has grown into a team dedicated to helping businesses scale with reliable remote professionals they can trust.
